Apex Digital Asset aims to resolve complaints quickly, fairly, and equitably.
How to Lodge a Complaint
Please submit complaints in writing to: support@apexdigitalasset.com
Include:
- Client details and relevant account/member numbers
- Nature of complaint with dates and supporting documents
- Proof of any losses sustained
- Desired solution/remedial action
Complaints Resolution
We acknowledge complaints in writing as soon as possible, investigate promptly, and provide findings within three working days where possible. If unresolved to your satisfaction, escalation to the CEO and ultimately the Ombudsman or legal channels may apply.
Conflict of Interest Policy
Apex Digital Asset is committed to avoiding or mitigating conflicts of interest. Where conflicts cannot be avoided, affected clients will be informed. Full policy copies can be requested via support email.
